A Return to roots, Community Home — from afar.
Wild Isle emerged from an interest in fermenting,
And Grew to a community collaboration with family & friends.
An idea to celebrate fermented food grew into a collaboration with local seafood processors, Walcan Seafood, to better utilize the by-products that have incredible nutritional and flavour potentials.
