Sumac Lemon Spice Rubbed Albacore Tuna Loin

Preparation Method:

  1. Thaw in fridge overnight.

  2. Preheat grill or frying pan until very hot.

  3. Remove tuna from package, dab it dry with paper towel then brush it with olive or vegetable oil.

  4. Grill/sear each side of tuna loin for no more than 30 seconds for rare or longer to desired doneness. Remove to cutting board

  5. Slice into ½” slices, sprinkle with flaky salt if desired and serve with a lemon wedge.
